TON CRANE TO MOVE FROM HEARTH TO HEARTH
* Has TWO hearths.
* The crane lifts the furnace from one hearth to the other.
* While one hearth is fired, the other is unloaded and reloaded
* When the first load heating cycle is complete, the furnace is lifted
up and over to the other hearth. This MAXIMIZES the furnace
utilization time.
* The gas hose disconnects (couplings on both sides with the gas hose
in between both hearths).
* Electrical cables for high voltage, control voltage, and signal wires
are in three separate conduits hanging like a "J" from a column
in between and off to the side of the oven hearths.
* Excellent design and efficient since the furnace can be pulled off a
load at higher temperatures thus saving a lot of energy for the next
load.
* Easy to remove and ship. Unhook the furnace and use the crane
to place it on a truck. Controls and wiring conduits easily
disconnect.
* Furnace is located in Columbus, Ohio - will pick up and drop off
prospect at either Port Columbus, or Rickenbacker Industrial Airport.
