The worse thing about purchasing a used system is worrying about the surprise of buying a piece of junk, wasting valuable time and money, and finally, looking bad as no one wants to have an embarrassing surprise.  ACCESS USED FURNACES, DIV of DELTA H TECHNOLOGIES, LLC addresses that issue by selling many of our offerings fully refurbished and with a warranty.  This distinguishes us from many of our competitors that always state the purchase is "as is where is".  In order to make the purchase it is wise to fly to personally inspect the item, wasting considerable time and expenses.  We guarantee out systems will fully work if sold with a warranty.  The risk of buying something that will embarrass the buyer is reduced to nothing.  Still, it is wise to inspect a use system first hand depending on the size, and we cannot warranty larger systems that we broker for other owners.  However, anything we sell that has been refurbished at our facility is warranted.

Typically a warranty is 30 days for parts, or return of the item, and includes unlimited telephone problem solving assistance.  If a part fails we will send a like used/refurbished part to the buyer.  If a used is not available, we will send a new item.  If the buyer finds that the system they purchased is not meeting their requirements, the can return it for a 90% refund with buyer paying for shipping.  We have every confidence in the reliability and quality of any warranted systems.  Information about the warranties that apply to refurbished equipment
