Given your requirements, we will first try to match up a system that is geographically close to you. If you find something you like - make any offer you wish. A very low offer is fine (encouraged). The seller may or may not try to hold out for a higher price - though the initial asking price will always be fair market value (unless the seller wants to move the item quickly). Our job is simply to close the sale - no matter what the price - along with making a reasonable commission. We do not make a dime until you and the seller agree on a price - so everything is negotiable (not the least of which is our commission). Play your cards close to your chest and you may very likely get a great deal - many customers close sales at nearly salvage value. So - good luck, and have a little fun in the process.
