USED SUNBEAM VACUUM QUENCH FURNACE:

• Model 40210A, Serial # F-351-79
• 2400°F Maximum Temperature
• Load Volume: 48" diameter, 30" high
• Parts are delivered into oven by a basket transfered by car / elevator
• Takes basket and parts into middle chamber where parts are heated
• Stays in middle chamber for slow cooling or can be taken to bottom chamber where parts can be quenched with nitrogen for hardening draws
• 20 Microns with vacuum
• Insulation is fiber with a carbon liner - very durable
• Used for production of aircraft components and certified to aerospace pyrometry standards

System was operational until January 19, 2009 - at a Bell Helicopter facility

Removed by a professional installer company, all parts are properly labeled for ease of installation (installer company could be hired to deliver and install system).
