Description: This oven system was custom designed and engineered for pre-heating and curing of an epoxy filled cylindrical work piece up to 40 pounds.  The temperature controls are programmable within the design range of 130º to 150º F.  Conveyor function is either manual or automatic with no provision for speed adjustment or index interval, however these are configurable within the PLC ladder logic.  Product enters and exits at the same operator station for each unit.  Transfer at the base of the U is by pusher action between the separate in-feed & out-feed conveyors.  The cure oven includes a cool-down section that returns product to 70º F prior to exit.  Index time is 108 seconds.
