The length of the heating section is divided into individual zones. All zones are fully baffled and have independent temperature controls. In order to achieve optimum temperature uniformity within the process load space, the heating chamber has sufficient room over and under the load for excellent cross-radiation and reflection of heat. Process Muffle Fabricated, fully enclosed, ‘D’ shaped, gas tight process muffle shall be installed in the heating chamber. Main Twin Pusher Indexes the product load at a metered rate down the kiln tunnel. Two pushers shall be installed side by side and shall operate independently. The combustion air system shall consist of a common combustion air blower and pressure switch, together with an individual control valve for each furnace control zone. The system shall consist of a common fuel supply gas train with pressure switches, pressure gage and safety shut off valve. Independent burner fuel circuits shall be equipped with all appropriate manual and solenoid valves, etc., necessary to provide a safe and efficient system.Burner exhaust system:Harper will ship the burner (flue gas) exhaust system "as is". This includes all duct work and exhaust blower.
